Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but we understand sometimes this isn't always the case. To qualify for a full refund, your items must be received back with us within 30 days from the date you completed the purchase.
Please note earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Please return your unwanted good with the original packaging and in its original condition. A refund may be refused if an item is not returned in this manner. We currently do not offer exchanges, only refunds. Please send your returned goods with a note inside stating the goods order number and your name to the following address -Phiabella Jewellery

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel is returned to us. We strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office and use a tracked delivery service to ensure the goods arrive. Please allow 10-14 days for refunds to appear in your account. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method. You will be refunded the total amount of the returned items, excluding the postage costs.
